The Natural Approach to Teeth Whitening

Take the natural approach and use home remedies for whiter teeth that are both cheap and effective. It's important to avoid damage to teeth and gums, remember that teeth naturally have a yellowish tint because of calcium, a crucial mineral for strong tooth enamel. Brushing too hard or using lemon juice, an acid, or any form of vitamin C can corrode teeth. Once your tooth enamel is ruined, it's permanent. Your teeth will be considerably weaker and sensitive. So, all home remedies should be used in moderation.

One of the home remedies that is effective enough is the olive oil rub followed by a diluted apple cider rinse. Brushing the teeth with apple cider vinegar is also a powerful way for teeth whitening. Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth cleanser, buffing away stains, it's a fast, cheap way to brighten your smile. Don't use this method too frequently, as the acid could harm the enamel on your teeth.

One of the easiest recipes to follow: mix equal parts hydrogen peroxide and water. Remember that undiluted peroxide will cause burns. Do not to swallow. Rinse and swish for not more than a minute, spit. Don't rinse teeth off for 10 minutes. Do daily. One more simple way - mix a little fish oil and butter, add a dash of salt and brush regularly. Your teeth will be noticeably whiter in days...

Combine any of the above ingredients with wood hydrogen peroxide, ash, strawberries, or baking soda for some additional whitening power. Always clean the ingredients off of your teeth when you're finished by rinsing and brushing with toothpaste. Avoid smoking, coffee, red wine, carbonated drinks. Brush teeth in 30 minutes after any food intake.
